Williams, who worked on the 2016 Trump campaign, served in the first Trump administration all four years including at the Office of Management and Budget and as a deputy assistant to the president.

“It was an incredible ride to get to be there working up close and personal with the president,” Williams said.
He jumped back into Trump world last year to serve on the campaign. Most recently, Williams was deputy general counsel to the Trump Vance Inaugural Committee. From his perch at the inaugural, he noted a “sea change,” a big shift in support for Trump’s second administration from the business community.

“Pocketbooks were opening up,” he said for this inauguration.

Williams and Jarvis first met years ago working the campaign of now-Sen. Thom Tillis (R-N.C.) in 2014.

“I could tell he’s a guy who’s ready to make something happen every day,” Williams said of Jarvis. Tholos is “service oriented and poised for growth. I’m incredibly excited to be starting with this team on the ground floor.”

Tholos’ clients include Apple Inc., National Football League Players Association and the National Retail Federation, lobbying disclosures show.

“I’ve got some unique insights that I’m really looking forward to bringing to bear for all of our clients,” Williams said.
