He was a senior aide to Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy and previously worked for House Ways and Means Chairman Jason Smith (R-Mo.) on the House Budget Committee. He also worked for then-Rep. Duffy (R-Wis.) on the Hill, and at the messaging firm Firehouse Strategies, and was a communications director for the 2016 Trump campaign in Wisconsin.

Schuck sees his role at Tholos as providing a steady hand to “businesses that are trying to navigate” Washington, he said in an interview.

The firm, founded in December 2024 by GOP lobbyist Aleix Jarvis, represents Airbus Americas Inc., Delta Air Lines Inc., Zillow Group, and other clients, disclosures show.

“Aleix’s mentality of we’re not getting bogged down or doing busy work, no, we’re going to put our feet to the ground and win for the clients – that really rang true for me,” Schuck said.
