Washington D.C. - Just months after its launch, Tholos Government Relations, a premier boutique government affairs firm, is officially announcing two new heavyweight additions to its growing team. Michael B. Williams joins Tholos as an Executive Vice President and Sarah Jones will now serve as Chief Operations Officer. They bring decades of experience and complement the firm’s full suite of services and expertise.

“Aleix and I met when I was working on my first campaign over a decade ago, and I could immediately tell that he’s a guy who’s ready to make something happen every day. I’m incredibly excited to join Tholos and put my expertise to work on a team that’s service oriented, poised for growth and puts it all out there for our clients,” says Williams.

Williams most recently served as Deputy General Counsel to the Trump Vance Inaugural Committee. He comes to the firm with deep Executive Branch insight, including serving in the Trump White House Chief of Staff’s Office as a Deputy Assistant to the President and as White House policy advisor, as well as the Office of Management and Budget. Williams also served as Principal Deputy General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and is a trusted policy advisor with an extensive background on Second Amendment issues.

Sarah Jones joins Tholos with deep executive management experience. Her professional history spans top-level office leadership in DC’s private sector and operational support for executives for large corporations. Jones is also no stranger to congressional politics – accumulating over half a decade on the Hill supporting House Republicans like Rep. Patrick McHenry.
